We will provide information about the return address within the United States via email after receiving the return inquiry. Upon the return, please inform us the serial number printed on the silver seal affixed to the outer box of the item to be returned.  We will refund your credit card or bank account for the product price. Returns typically require up to 10 business days for processing once received to our warehouse in Japan.Costs to return items to Belega are the sole responsibility of the customer.
