Please make sure to provide accurate address information, including city, state and zip code to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address. Your shipping address must be in the United States.

Order processing may take up to 48 hours. Shipping is carried out via courier from Japan or through a Japanese logistics center. Delivery time depends on the local delivery company. Usually, it takes 10-15 days though delivery time is not guaranteed.
